You should take it 4 times a day , it is an a small tablet form, i take mine with or without meals. I take it spontaneously rather than each meals. you can take them all together but it will be hard to swallow.

Verdicts:

The tablet can be easily swallow as it is in small form. For me , it has a little taste of sweet. My family who  were in cavite were the one who notice it since i already  move in here in manila when i graduated. I went their for a visit and they keep on asking why my skin lighten. The effect on me is like pinkish glow. I really love this whitening supplement , I just stopped using it because its too expensive. 



Cons? 

The taking part will be hard ,since you have to take 4 tablets a day. And of course it is really expensive, but its worth the price you just have to be patient since i consumed 2 bottles before the whitening already take effect.
