Hello to those girls who are aiming for a fair , smooth skin (im Up!!) , Since im leaving in a tropical country its natural to have a brown complexion , (I know some will criticize, "you must love what you have and be contented blah blah., " Ok lets change place so u can feel what i feel LOL.Actually, it is half True that we should love what God gave us. But in my own belief, the way i improve my physical Being is a way of loving what God gave me. 


Moving Forward, Lots of filipina women is getting engaged in different kind of procedure in terms of Skin Whitening. And ofcourse im one of them. 
I was born with Brown color, not tan. Im a one shades darker to those they called morena.  Actually. I got my skin from my mom, while my Dad has a blood of chinese running trough him. LMFAO, i was so lucky , yeeeppee .. (sarcastic) My mom is beautiful in her own way, Although i got all my qualities to my Dad.. 




Ive been using Glutathiones in diff kinds and forms since i was in 1st year college, And that was intermittent way of taking. I depend my intake on my budget of course. But when i reached the  " i have a job Yey! " phase of my life, that was the time i take glutathione religiously.

Glutathione are natural substance of our liver, But The amount value of Glutathiones depends on our lifestyle. The poor your lifestyle is the poor the glutathione you have in your body. What i like about Glutathione , they are the  answer in different medical conditions  bonus plus the whitening effect.

I bought this L-Glutathione after  2 days review from the internet. A good review from a guy in u.s, caught my attention. I forgot the name of the site. According to him, Ishigaki L-gluatathione really make its promise of whitening effect on him. But the Down part of the capsule is, He suffered from Weight loss as his bowel movement became frequent to the point that he poops (oopss) 4 times a day. Which made me decide to buy since it has 2 effects. whitening and weight loss.  Sad to say, i am one of those girls that  can easily gain weight. So Diet will always be a part of my life.

This Ishigaki L-gluta is not a glutathione alone, It is the content of a glutathione.  Which make it is a whole. For example, as a human. You have a hand , feet , face blah blah to complete your humanity.  



 SERVING SIZE:

Each capsule has a serving size of 1000mg , And Per contatiner serves 60  capsules. Which is if you will take it Twice a day, it will last for 1 month. 
Each capsule contains:

L-Gluatathione Tri-peptide 
(Mostly its the component of glutathione)
L-Glutamic Acid 200mg
Glycine 200mg
L-cystenine 200mg  


L-glutathione Booster  
N-Acetyl-cysteine 200mg
Alpha -Lipoic Acid 50 mg
L Methionine 100mg
Ascorbic Acid 50mg


Some glutathione brands , only contains  glutathione. NALC, and Vitamin C. but Ishigaki forms and mix up the booster and components of gluta per mg .  

INTAKE PART AND EFFECTS:

Unfortunately, The weight loss didn't take any effect on me. But Atleast im not gaining weight. But The Whitening effect really made its promise. I take it twice a day, idc , if im on empty stomach or im full. But i suggest you should take it  1 hour after meal. because if you will take it after meal it will just mix up in all of the foods that you ate, While if you take it in empty stomach you might feel a little burn in your stomach. The first two days that i take it,  there is a little pimpy that appear on my face then , the next thing i know. they are already two. Im not prone into , acne. and i have this combination type of skin. (oily and dry)  


I just continue taking it , because i am not sure if the pimple is because of  " my period is coming" or the capsule itself . So as my 4th days of intake came i notice that , there is a lightening effect on legs and arms. yea, that fast. But before that i am taking Snow caps a different types of gluta, which didn't gave me a good effect after 2 weeks of taking.  Mind you my pimples gone after a week. 

For those who wanted to know, I bought mine in victory mall , which is located in monumento caloocan. In the first place i have a doubt that its fake because  ive heard there's lot of fake seller online and in the market. 


How to know if its fake or authentic:
1. It has a black sealed 
2. It should taste sour ( i really open the capsule to taste the powder)
3. the capsule should be white off color, or a little yellow white. 
4.It should have a cotton inside once you open it. 
5.Should smell like a rotten egg . 





vitamin C should be taken together with Glutathione. As it inhibits the effectivity of the Glutathione. Any vitamin c will do . I suggest for those who wants  to try , to take vitamin C in advance for two weeks before intake. its For better absorption of the glutathione. I suggest to take atleast 1000 mg of vitamin C for first timer,  


PRICE:  

Regarding the price, i bought it for only 1000php, Some online seller sell it for 700php. But i guranteed mine is authetic. I forgot the name of the store but its just located somewhere in groundfloor. 

Some claims that it will gave you a yellowish effect but mine is a lively white. which looks natural, my friend notice the changes on me. I even have the gutts now to compare my skin to my boyfriend who owns a fair complexion. I think, he is just one shade lighter than i am. Rether than before who is 5 shades lighter than mine.  

I really love this glutathione , because it really effects on me. Aside that its cheap when it comes to price. Its one of the cheapest price i encountered in the market.

As you can see my skin turns into pinkish glow even with sunlight or without sunlight  

I highly suggest it to those girls who are in tight budget but still wants to take glutathione.
